Recipe- Suji Halwa

Suji Halwa

Suji 1 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Sugar 0.75 cup
Water 4 cups
Chopped Almond 1 tsp
Chopped Pistachio 1 tsp
Raisins 1 tsp


  • Heat a pan on medium flame add suji and ghee.
  • Keep stirring Suji and fry untill golden brown.
  • Remove from flame and add water and sugar.
  • Put the pan on high flame and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  • Cover and switch off the flame.
  • Open in 5 minutes your halwa is ready mix all dry fruits to that.
  • Serve hot.
