Suji Halwa
Ingredients
Suji 1 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Sugar 0.75 cup
Water 4 cups
Chopped Almond 1 tsp
Chopped Pistachio 1 tsp
Raisins 1 tsp
Method

Ghee 2 tbsp

Method
- Heat a pan on medium flame add suji and ghee.
- Keep stirring Suji and fry untill golden brown.
- Remove from flame and add water and sugar.
- Put the pan on high flame and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Cover and switch off the flame.
- Open in 5 minutes your halwa is ready mix all dry fruits to that.
- Serve hot.
